According to the the Family Systems Theory, one family member can make a change in the entire family. We believe this to be true within marriage as well. Founder - Author
Olivia Gruwell graduated in Marriage and Family Studies from BYU-Idaho in 2019. She loves to run 5k's, eat spaghetti, and rescue cats! She and her husband were married August 26, 2017. They reside in Utah with their two cats and dog, Cat'ain Moroni, Princess Monster Truck, and Moku Golden Island.
